Security Compliance
AQIWO helps our clients design and implement systems that are compliant with federal government requirements, industry standards and best practices, and organizational security policies to ensure protection of our clients’ critical resources and uninterrupted service of their systems. This includes ensuring systems are compliant with federal requirements, like the Federal Information Security Act of 2002 (FISMA), NIST 800-53: Security and Privacy Controls for Federal Information Systems and Organization and other federal system requirements.
Configuration Management
AQIWO leverages our security experience to manage the security configurations of our clients’ systems to ensure they are not misconfigured and their critical resources are not vulnerable to attack due to weak or incorrectly configured systems. This includes hardening security configurations on clients’ systems and monitoring systems for any updates that require new configuration review and roll-out.
Service Account Management
AQIWO provides service account management support by helping clients manage the accounts on their applications and systems. This includes creating accounts, maintaining accounts, monitoring accounts, auditing accounts, and deleting accounts.
Patch Management
AQIWO provides our expertise in maintaining OS and application patches to ensure that clients systems are always up-to-date to prevent any vulnerabilities from negatively affecting our clients’ critical resources in terms of confidentiality, integrity, or availability. This includes monitoring all systems and applications for new vulnerability updates, new security patch updates, and new software updates.
