As an incumbent contractor on STARS 2, AQIWO is able to receive Task Order awards through a simplified acquisition process. In accordance with 13 CFR 124, agencies can obtain 8(a) credit when contracting with AQIWO using GSA STARS 2 (Constellation I, Functional Areas 2 and 3).
