Mr. Stephen M. Mills, President & CEO, believes that building a successful business means providing each and every employee with the resources to be successful. Mr. Mills has a BA from the University of California/Santa Barbara and an MBA from the University of Illinois/Champaign-Urbana. Over 15 years of experience in Information Technology and Management Services, in both the public and private sectors has enabled Mr. Mills to be a strong leader within his former companies and current communities. Most recently, Mr. Mills provided systems engineering support for the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) on a Non-Proliferation of Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD) program. Prior to founding AQIWO, Mr. Mills provided technical and management services at Cherokee Information Services, and MCI WorldCom.
