AQIWO supports IRS Financial Planning System (FPS) upgrade. Tasks include: project management, implementation, communications planning, C&A, requirements review and training. We also provide application development, program integration support, contact call center, and mainframe capacity analysis. AQIWO performed an Independent Verification and Validation assessment on the Department of Treasury TNET PMO. The IV & V report identified problems and provided suggested solutions.
On another contract AQIWO leverages Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) methodologies that support the businesses of the IRS. AQIWO provides communications, partnership, transparency, and level of maturity in integrating and executing ITIL based IT Systems Management processes. AQIWO identifies process weaknesses and suggest areas of cross-organizational integration that will improve the IRS' ability to execute with the maturity required for an extremely large and complex IT service provider.
